I work with the assignment as it is, not as I expect it to be.
Every assignment has its own people, context and way of working.
I take the time to understand the environment I'm stepping into, listen to the people involved and see how things work in practice.
From there, I contribute where I'm needed, whether that's leading, coordinating, supporting or working hands-on.
